1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1. By accessing this website and purchasing a license for the ZATS Engine, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1.2. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZIPH CREST AXIS LIMITED, the parent company and owner of the ZATS Engine automated execution stack.
1.3. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing our software or services.
2. Nature of Service: The Lightning 5 Methodology
2.1. The ZATS Engine provides access to Lightning 5, a proprietary automated execution model developed through extensive research into market economic principles.
2.2. Unlike traditional technical analysis, Lightning 5 is engineered to react with extreme speed to economic reports, news, and shifts in supply and demand.
2.3. This model is built for discipline, not frequency.
2.4. It operates on a restricted framework, typically executing approximately 30 trades per month (two trades per session) across only three specific currency pairs: EURUSD, GBPUSD, and EURGBP.
2.5. By using this service, you acknowledge that you are subscribing to a systematic, low-frequency approach designed for high-precision reaction rather than constant market exposure.
2.6. Do NOT run more than one plan, service, model or algorithm on 1 MT5 account
3. IT Provider Status and No Financial Advice
3.1. ZIPH CREST AXIS LIMITED is strictly an Information Technology provider.
3.2. ZATS Engine is not a financial advisor, broker, or asset manager.
3.3. We do not provide investment advice, handle client deposits, or manage funds.
3.4. Our software is designed solely for the automated execution of pre-defined strategies on your third-party MetaTrader 5 (MT5) account.
3.5. You retain full control over your brokerage account and capital at all times.
4. Risk Management and Execution Framework
4.1. The ZATS Engine utilizes a rigorous risk control model designed for capital preservation.
4.2. Our framework typically utilizes a tiny fraction of the account (maximum 2%) to target a 25-PIP move, aiming for a disciplined 1% target per trade.
4.3. While this model has been active through the 2023 to 2026 period, you acknowledge that historical performance is not a guarantee of future results.
4.4. While the system works well with a $250 account, you are responsible for ensuring your account meets our Minimum Balance Recommendation of $500 for optimal execution.
5. System Requirements and Usage Terms
5.1. To maintain the integrity of the Automated Execution Stack, all subscribers must adhere to the following operational mandates.
5.1.1. License Auditing – Your account balance must align with your chosen subscription tier ($29, $59, or $99).
5.1.2. Accounts exceeding tier limits (e.g., maintaining over $1,500 on a Lite/Entry-level license) are subject to automatic suspension without notice.
5.1.3. No Manual Interference – The ZATS Engine requires a clean execution environment.
5.1.4. The use of external bots or the placement of manual trades on the same account is strictly prohibited as it disrupts the algorithm’s precision.
5.1.5. Safety Lock and Kill-Switch – Any tampering with active ZATS positions or unauthorized modification of the execution parameters may trigger an immediate system kill-switch, resulting in the termination of the trade and the permanent voiding of your license.
5.2. Do NOT run more than 1 model or plan on one MT5 account.
6. Technical Liability and Force Majeure
6.1. As an IT provider, ZIPH CREST AXIS LIMITED is not liable for financial losses resulting from technical failures beyond our immediate control.
6.2. This includes, but is not limited to, internet connectivity disruptions, MetaTrader 5 server latency, API failures from third-party white-label tools, or hardware malfunctions at the user or broker level.
6.3. In the event of such disruptions, any incomplete payments or service interruptions will not be accrued to the Company as a liability.
7. Subscription Tiers and Non-Refundable Policy
7.1. Access to the ZATS Engine is provided through three distinct subscription tiers ($29, $59, and $99). One subscription per MT5 account
7.2. All payments are processed automatically via our secure payment methods.
7.3. Because our service provides immediate access to proprietary intellectual property and execution infrastructure, all fees are strictly non-refundable.
7.4. Users are responsible for cancelling their subscriptions via their account dashboard to prevent future automated charges.
8. Broker and Account Usage Policy
8.1. Users are permitted to utilize any broker of their choosing when operating the ZATS Engine and may run multiple strategies, models, or subscription tiers provided by ZIPH CREST AXIS LIMITED.
8.2. However, users are strictly prohibited from operating multiple ZATS strategies, models, or subscription tiers on the same MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading account.
8.3. Each strategy, model, or subscription tier must be assigned to a separate and dedicated MT5 account.
8.4. This means that only one ZATS Engine strategy or tier may be connected to a single MT5 account at any given time.
8.5. Failure to comply with this operational requirement may result in system interruption, account drawdown, suspension of service, or termination of the associated license.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. The Lightning 5 model, the ZATS Engine code, and all associated branding are the exclusive intellectual property of ZIPH CREST AXIS LIMITED.
9.2. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute our automated execution stack will result in immediate legal action and the permanent termination of service.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZIPH CREST AXIS LIMITED is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
