About ZATS Engine
What exactly is ZATS Engine?
ZATS Engine is a high-performance automated execution infrastructure. It connects proprietary trading algorithms to your personal trading account, allowing trades to be executed with speed, discipline, and zero emotional interference.
Is ZATS Engine a broker or financial advisor?
No. ZATS Engine is an information technology provider. We do not manage funds, hold deposits, or provide financial advice. Your capital always remains inside your own brokerage account.
Who owns the technology behind ZATS Engine?
All algorithms, including Lightning 5 and the ZATS Engine interface, are the intellectual property of ZIPH Crest Axis Limited.
What is the Lightning 5 model?
Lightning 5 is our flagship automated trading model. It focuses on economic principles such as supply, demand, and market scarcity, reacting rapidly to economic reports and news events.
Why does Lightning 5 trade only three currency pairs?
Lightning 5 focuses exclusively on EURUSD, GBPUSD, and EURGBP. Limiting the system to these pairs allows faster reaction speed, cleaner data, and more precise execution.
Getting Started
Do I need trading experience to use ZATS Engine?
No. The system is designed to be simple. Once your account is connected and your license is activated, the engine automatically executes trades based on the strategy.
What do I need before I can start using the system?
To begin using ZATS Engine you will need:
- A MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading account
- A funded brokerage account
- An active ZATS Engine license
How do I start using ZATS Engine?
The process is simple:
- Select your subscription tier
- Create your ZATS Engine account
- Connect your MT5 trading account
- Monitor performance from your dashboard
You can also visit our Execution Framework page for a detailed setup guide.
Broker and Trading Account Set Up
Do I need a MetaTrader 5 account?
Yes. ZATS Engine operates exclusively through the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platform.
What if I don’t have a trading account yet?
You will need to open an MT5 account with a broker. We provide a recommended technical partner broker whose infrastructure matches the execution requirements of Lightning 5.
What type of trading account should I open?
For optimal performance we recommend Pro or Raw accounts, as they typically offer tighter spreads and faster execution speeds.
Can I use any broker I want?
Yes, as long as the broker supports MetaTrader 5. However, brokers with lower spreads and faster execution speeds will provide better results with Lightning 5.
Subscription & Licenses
What subscription tiers are available?
ZATS Engine offers three execution tiers:
Lite – $29
Core – $59
Prime – $99
Each tier provides access to the same technology but is designed for different account sizes.
Are there account size limits for each tier?
Yes. Each license tier is designed for a maximum account balance. If your account exceeds the limit of your selected tier, the license will automatically suspend until the account is upgraded.
Can I upgrade my subscription later?
Yes. If your trading account grows beyond your current tier, you can upgrade your subscription at any time.
Can one subscription be used on multiple accounts?
No. Each MetaTrader 5 account requires its own license. However, you can manage multiple accounts from a single email dashboard if each one has its own subscription.
What happens if my subscription expires?
If your subscription expires, the engine will stop placing trades until the license is renewed.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel future renewals at any time. Once canceled, the system will stop trading when the current billing period ends.
Are refunds available?
Because access to the system and digital infrastructure is granted immediately after payment, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Using the Platform
What happens after I activate my license?
Once your license is active and your MT5 account is connected, the engine begins monitoring market conditions and executing trades according to the Lightning 5 model.
Can I trade manually on the same account?
No. Manual trades or other trading bots must not run on the same account. Doing so may trigger the system’s safety protocols and suspend the license.
How do I monitor my trading performance?
You can track analytics and performance through:
- Your ZATS Engine dashboard
- Your MetaTrader 5 trading terminal
What happens if my internet goes down?
Your personal internet connection does not affect trading because the engine runs on professional servers.
Risk & Performance
What is the recommended starting balance?
We recommend a minimum balance of $500 for LITE, and $1,000 minimum for CORE while your account has to be up to $1,500 to use our PRIME plan
How often does the system trade?
The system prioritizes precision over frequency. On average, Lightning 5 executes between 20 to 30 trades per month.
Does the system guarantee profits?
No. All trading involves risk. While the model targets disciplined gains with strict risk management, losses can occur.
Does the system always make 1% profit?
No. The 1% target represents a strategic objective within the model’s risk framework, but actual results may vary depending on market conditions.
Is my money safe with ZATS Engine?
Your funds remain in your personal brokerage account at all times. ZATS Engine never takes custody of your money.
