_{ZATS Technologies Limited is looking for confident, self-driven and commercially minded individuals to join our Commercial Team.}

_{This is a Customer Acquisition and Management role. Your primary responsibility will be to build and manage customer relationships, introduce ZATS to potential customers, communicate the value of the service, convert prospects into users and grow your customer base through exceptional service experience, continued engagement and referrals.} 

COMPENSATION

_{Starting Salary: N200,000/month + incentives}

_{Location: Primarily Remote}

PROBATION AND TRAINING

_{The position begins with a 3-month probationary and training period. During this probation, candidates will receive:}

• _{Monthly base pay: N30,000}
• _{Target: 10 new ZATS users each month, within the probationary period}
• _{Growth Incentive: 10% recurring incentive on subscriptions by customers you convert/acquire.}

_{Candidates who successfully complete probation and training period and are retained will receive a N200,000 monthly salary, alongside the applicable incentive structures. We are looking for people who are confident, communicating with others, commercially driven, comfortable with sales targets and capable of turning conversations into customers.}
