ZATS Engine, operated by ZIPH CREST AXIS LIMITED, provides a sophisticated automated execution stack and proprietary algorithmic trading licenses. Because our services involve the immediate delivery of digital intellectual property and the activation of automated infrastructure, we maintain a rigorous policy regarding refunds.
By purchasing a ZATS Engine license, you acknowledge that you are paying for technical access and software utility, and you agree to the terms outlined below.
Subscription and License Refunds
We offer three tiers of subscription licenses at $29, $59, and $99. These fees grant immediate access to the ZATS Engine execution stack and are strictly non-refundable.
Automatic Billing: When using our integrated payment methods, your subscription will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription status
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, and ZIPH CREST AXIS LIMITED is not liable for any automated charges processed prior to a successful cancellation.
Trading Account Performance
ZATS Engine is a technical execution tool and does not function as a financial advisor or asset manager. Consequently, ZIPH CREST AXIS LIMITED is not liable for any financial outcomes within your trading accounts.
No Performance Refunds: We do not offer refunds, credits, or compensation for any losses incurred in your trading accounts, regardless of market conditions or the performance of the automated strategies.
User Responsibility: All automation is activated at the subscriber’s own risk. While we provide technical support for the engine’s functionality, we cannot guarantee specific market results or be held liable for any drawdown or loss of capital.
Charges, Fees and Technical Disruptions
Our commitment is to provide a stable automated environment, but we are not responsible for external factors that impact service delivery.
Service Disruptions: Any charges or deductions occurring due to network instability, server downtime, or third-party service disruptions (such as MT5 connectivity or API failures) will not be accrued to us and are non-refundable.
Payment Errors: We are not liable for incomplete payments, duplicate charges caused by user error, or any network-related transaction failures. Any administrative or network fees incurred during a transaction are the responsibility of the subscriber.
